Office Policies
Cancellation policy :
Appointments can be canceled online or by phone 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice before you are to arrive, you will not receive a full refund. We will refund 80% of your payment. The other 20% will not be refunded due to the inability to fill that appointment time with another client.
Late policy:
If you are 10 minutes or more late for your scheduled appointment your appointment will be canceled. If you call us to let us know that you are running behind and will be more than 10 minutes late we will attempt to reschedule you on the same day if there is availability. If there is no availability your appointment will be canceled.
we attempt to keep our costs low and our wait times short. In doing so we are not able to accommodate late patients or last minute cancellation as it hurts our business. We want to make sure that our patients have the best experience and that starts with being ready for you at your appointment time.
