Office Policies
Cancellation policy :
If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice you will receive a full refund minus a small booking fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will receive an 80% refund minus a small booking fee.
We kindly ask that any appointment cancellations be made at least one hour in advance. Appointments canceled with less than one hour’s notice, as well as no-call/no-show appointments, are non-refundable.
Rescheduling policies
If you would like to change the date or time of your appointment, you can log in with your information and change that online. If it is less than 24 hours until your appointment time, you will not be able to change or modify your appointment. You are welcome to reach out via text or phone call to notify us that you will not be able to make it at your appointment time. If there are other appointment times available that day the provider may offer them to you. You will not be able to change your appointment to a different day with less than 24 hours notice. if there are no other appointments available that day and you are not able to make it your appointment will be canceled.
Late policy:
Our office has a 10 minute late allowance. If you have not arrived within 10 minutes of your appointment time your appointment will be canceled and you will need to book your appointment again on the website. Please see cancellation policy above for refund details.
Children in the Studio Policy
Children are welcome to attend ultrasound appointments. For the safety and comfort of all patients and staff, children must remain supervised at all times. Children should be secured in a stroller, seated with another adult, or able to remain seated and watch the exam independently.
If the patient is the only adult present and a child is unable to remain seated, attempts to leave the room, or disrupts the ultrasound examination, the appointment may be stopped and will need to be canceled. This policy is in place to ensure the safety of everyone involved and to maintain the quality of the examination.
Children are not permitted to play with merchandise in the studio. If tags are removed or items are damaged, the patient will be responsible for the cost of those items. We kindly ask that children remain respectful while in the studio and do not stand on seats or tables. If these guidelines cannot be followed, staff may ask the family to leave the studio.
