Office Policies

Cancellation policy :

If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice you will receive a full refund minus a small booking fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will receive an 80% refund minus a small booking fee.

Late policy:

Our office has a 10 minute late allowance. If you have not arrived within 10 minutes of your appointment time your appointment will be canceled and you will need to reschedule your appointment. Please see cancellation policy above for refund details.
