What To Expect
Arrival
When you arrive, we will bring you into our ultrasound room. We will have a comfy spot for you to relax and lay back, and a sitting spot for your guests. We will have a towel to protect your clothing from gel ( we use a clear hypoallergenic gel). Gel will be warmed.. no one likes cold gel! We will watch your little one(s) and take pictures throughout based on the package you picked. If your package includes a DVD or you added one to your package we will get that ready while you clean up your belly. If you’re doing a gender reveal package we will step out to get the appropriate items for your big surprise. Once everything is together we will process the remainder of your payment ( if you did not pay online ) and you will be on your way! We hope that you enjoy your memories made with us for years to come!
Preparing For The Appointment
Please hydrate before your appointment! You do not need a full bladder but dehydration can lead to less amniotic fluid. If there isn’t much fluid, getting good images of your baby will be difficult. Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment. We can accommodate chairs in our ultrasound room for up to 6 visitors with the client, extra visitors may need to stand, but are welcome to join. If you arrive 10 minutes late for your appointment we will not be able to honor your appointment time. We may be able to fit you into another time the same day. If that is not possible, you will not receive your deposit back and will not be able to complete your appointment. We want to make sure that things run smooth and on time for all of our clients. We are in Strongsville on Pearl Road. We are in between Alladin’s and the post office.
